What I offer?

  • When we train awareness and concentration through meditation we begin to open the body. Directing awareness inwards allows us to soften the knots and become more intimate with the present moment. Pleasant or unpleasant. We begin to experience the wholeness of who we are.

    I teach regular courses and offer monthly workshops for those interested in deepening their meditation practice.

  • Qigong is a Chinese healing art that incorporates intentional movement, meditation, breathwork and visualisations. By focusing on form and technique we begin to develop precision and strong body-mind connection. Deliberate movement improves balance, coordinations and stability.

    I teach a monthly online class, every second Weds of the month

  • 1:1 - 60 min - online + in person

    For those who prefer to work in more intimate setting. During this bespoke session we can explore a combination of Qigong, Breathwork and Meditation practices. I have an experience working with adult and teenagers experiencing anxiety.

    Mentoring - 60 min - online + in person

    This is an offering for those with a creative practice. Ask questions. Develop your personal practice. Find your niche. Geto tknow you creative process.

Practices that allow for the direct experience to unfold, deepen the sensory awareness which helps to build nerve connections in the brain, improves concentration, supports creativity and fine motor skills. Contemplation, Qigong, Meditation and Breathwork encourage presence, curiosity, and learning through exploration.

Whether you’d like to develop your personal practice or find a unique way of communicating your work, I can offer you a variety of self reflective assignments and recommend further reading we can discuss during our time together. My intention is to share my honest opinions, based on my own experience and create space that feels both nourishing and inspiring.
