AM WAKE UP 7:30am gmt - 45 min class
A gentle yet energising class including breathwork and Qigong practice to make you feel ready for the day ahead. Expect upregulating breathwork, warm up and movement.
PM UNWIND 7:30 pm gmt - 60 min class
Shake the day off. Expect meditative slow movement, meditation and down regulating breathwork exercises.
This class included a 15 min of laying down and relaxation at the end of the class.
CLASS WILL BE RECORDED AND A RECORDING WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR 7 DAYS
